Session Four

In the session we start to turn the student into “divers” by focusing on their buoyancy. This will allow them in future to “fly” over reefs instead of banging into them.

• Assemble Scuba Equipment
• Review the main hand signals
• Fish Hand signals
• Review of mask clearing.
• Regulator Clearing ( blow method)
• Fin pivot ( a bit like an under water press up, but using the sir in the lungs instead of their arms)
• Hovering,
• Assent

• Fun time, weightless game.
• Dissassemble Equipment
